Across Ages is an intergenerational mentorship and modern character-development initiative designed to help girls develop the confidence, social awareness, communication skills, leadership abilities, and practical life tools necessary to navigate the world with grace, confidence, and purpose.

What We Offer: The Core Components

Our proven program model pairs adult mentors (including adults over age 50) with youth, integrating four foundational pillars:

  • Intergenerational Mentoring: Connecting youth with experienced adult mentors for guidance, support, and real-world wisdom.
  • Modern Etiquette & Life Skills: Teaching character, emotional intelligence, communication, and digital awareness as practical tools for life readiness.
  • Youth Community Service: Building empathy, humility, and civic responsibility through structured community service.
  • Family & Community Activities: Engaging family members and community networks through regular collaborative events.
